Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with AdventCalendarX. We want you to enjoy every Advent calendar you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

Your item was purchased directly from AdventCalendarX.com.

The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it (including all accessories, inserts, and gifts).
⚠️ Non-returnable items:
Opened or partially used Advent calendars (if individual compartments have been opened).
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items marked “final sale” or “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
2. Return Process

Contact our support team at support@adventcalendarx.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Ship the product back to us within 7 days after receiving the return approval.

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
📨 Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

If your refund has been approved but not yet received, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@adventcalendarx.com with clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly — either by replacement, partial refund, or other appropriate solution.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@adventcalendarx.com. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will instead follow the return process above.
